About SeaView Orthopaedics
Sea View Orthopaedics has proudly served San Clemente and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. In 2024, we joined forces with South Orange County Orthopaedics and Orthopaedic Specialty Institute. This partnership has strengthened our network, expanding access to a broader team of highly skilled orthopaedic physicians, allied health providers, and therapists across North, Central, and South Orange County.
At Sea View Orthopaedics, we are committed to addressing all of your musculoskeletal needs. Our surgeons are fellowship-trained in Arthritis, Sports Medicine, and Hand Surgery, offering advanced treatments for sports injuries, fractures, arthritis (especially of the hips and knees), hand injuries, and more, including pediatric orthopaedic care. With extensive experience in both non-surgical and surgical approaches, we also provide innovative treatments such as hip arthroscopy, viscosupplementation, platelet-rich plasma injections, and percutaneous needle aponeurotomy.
Sea View Orthopaedics was founded by Dr. Gus Gialamas and Dr. Adam Franklin, two dedicated orthopaedic surgeons with a shared vision of providing exceptional care to the community.
